- Offering/cost analysis of plan service providers, including Recordkeeper, TPA, and Independent Audit
- Facilitation of ongoing investment committee or plan trustee review meetings
Participant Education Program
- Semi-annual group meetings (plan overview, enrollment, retirement planning education)
- One-on-one participant consultation offering after group sessions
- On-demand: video enrollment meeting for 10+ newly eligible
- Accessible by phone, video, email for employees and enrollments <10 newly eligible
- In-person available for semi-annual meetings within 50 miles of Dayton, Ohio or on a negotiated basis
